NASO General

Who is NASO
NASO is the world’s largest organization for sports officials working at every level and all sports. It’s more than 17,500 members come from all walks of life; from teachers to sales professionals, attorneys, farmers, doctors, fireman and police officers. NASO members are located in every one of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and more than 32 other countries around the world. NASO provides many opportunities to grow professionally, share your ideas, practice your skills and network with your colleagues.

Mission Statement
NASO's mission is to serve as the leading source of officiating information, programs and services.

Board of Directors
NASO's day-to day operations are managed by Referee Enterprises, Inc. The association has a Board of Directors that oversees the management of the organization. Board members are elected to two-year terms and can serve up to four consecutively. The position of President is by appointment of the Board. Click here to meet the current NASO board of directors.
