March 16, 2012 — A new role has been created for the 2012 Summit in Portland Ore. Dave Yeast, vice president of officiating education at ArbiterSports, and NASO board member Joan Powell, who is the NCAA national coordinator of volleyball officials, will be hosts during the program at the Summit.
