Wisconsin Passes Concussion Bill

April 4, 2012 — Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker signed a bill on Monday designed to protect high school athletes from concussions. Sports officials are among those impacted by the legislation. The measure aligns with NFHS concussion rules already in place. Wisconsin is reported to be the 32nd state to pass such legislation.
